Meet Tareq Hossen - our very own hospitality success story. A few years ago he joined Salmontini as steward in our flagship branch; today he’s earned his stripes as Commis 2 since being assigned as part of the Le Bistro Abu Dhabi opening team. From mastering the cold‐kitchen brigade to now flexing his skills in hot dishes and even sushi, Tareq’s dedication has unlocked talents we never knew he had. In this snap he’s flanked by his overjoyed colleagues and Head Chef Mark Valdez - proof that passion and hard work really do pay off!

Thank you to for choosing Salmontini Le Bistro Abu Dhabi to host their signature wine tasting event with us - an evening we affectionately entitled “Sip. Smile. Share.”🍷

Guests journeyed through 9 beautiful wines - from a lively sparkling to crisp whites, blushing rosés to velvety reds — all paired with a cascade of luscious, meticulously paired canapés and light bites including Foie Gras Mousse on Brioche, Tuna Tataki, Mushroom & Truffle Arancini and Mini Lamb Kofta on Minted Yoghurt.

A relaxed, elegant night filled with flavour and new friends. We loved being part of it!
