Interview Calls එන්නේ නැත්නම්, ඔබ මේ වැරදි වලින් එකක් හෝ කිහිපයක් කරනවා වෙන්න පුළුවන්.

❌ දකින හැම Job එකටම Apply කිරීම
❌ UAE Market එකට නොගැලපෙන CV භාවිතා කිරීම
❌ Job Description එකේ Keywords නොදැමීම
❌ එක පාරක් Apply කරලා බලාගෙන ඉඳීම
❌ Unknown Numbers වලින් එන Calls වලට Answer නොකිරීම

HR ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ වැඩ කරන කෙනෙක් විදියට, මම නිතරම දකින වැරදි කිහිපයක් තමයි මේ.

රැකියාවක් ලැබෙන්නේ Apply ගණනින් විතරක් නෙවෙයි. නිවැරදි Job එකට, නිවැරදි ආකාරයෙන් Apply කරන එකත් වැදගත්.

මේ දවස් වල UAE 🇦🇪 වලට එච්චර හොද කාලයක් නෙවෙයි කියලා හැමෝම දන්නවනේ. ඒ සිංහල අවුරුද්ද කියන්නේ අපිට අමතක කරන්න බැරිම දෙයක්. ඒ නිසා අපි හිතුවා මේ ලබන්නා වු සිංහල අවුරුද්ද පොඩියට සමරන්න. ඉතින් මම කොහොමද Dubai වල අවුරුද්දට සුදානම් වුනේ කියලා මේ video එකෙන් බලමු ❤️
