Once Easter is over and we have demolished a lot of chocolate we all want to get into our healthy diet again. At the moment Kale is the new ingredient that everyone is trying. It has barely any calories and is high in iron, so perfect for all the vegetarians out there. Maybe some kale chips are something to try out!
