OLE have dished up the dessert Milhoja.
A double layered sandwich of filo pastry, crunchy and perfect, filled with diced stewed apples, piped home made smooth custard and let's not forget dulce de leche smeared on top. If you have been fortunate enough to try dulce de leche you will know it's caramel slash condensed milk flavour can cure all sugar babies buds.
