We’re looking for someone who has:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CDP
• Experience with meat, seafood and vegetable preparation
• Confidence working the grill and fryer during busy service
• A calm, organised and clean approach to work
• The ability to run a section during peak service
• A strong commitment to food quality and kitchen cleanliness

At Meltemi, you’ll be working with authentic
Modern Hellenic Coastal Dining flavours, charcoal cooking, rotisserie techniques, and a team that’s passionate about creating memorable dining experiences.

🇬🇷 Greece – A Night in Paros 🇬🇷

This one-night Mediterranean experience draws inspiration from Paros, the sun-soaked Greek island known for long lunches, seaside gatherings, music-filled evenings and warm island hospitality. Relaxed, generous and full of coastal flavour, Paros sets the tone for an evening shaped by shared dining, live music and celebration.

As with every Meltemi Journey, this is not just dinner, but an immersive Mediterranean experience shaped by food, music and atmosphere.
