We are most famous for our cakes and cupcakes with many flavour options available and designs and colours chosen by YOU! We do not use fondant to cover cakes, only the creamiest and most delicious buttercream in Cairns. Designer cookies are also available.

So today for something different I am selling chunks of cake. Each of these will feed at least 6 people, probably 9/10. It's a LOT of cake!! The original cake is a new size we are about to add to the website so I had to make one for pictures. Waste is absolutely not my thing, it owes me nothing but ingredients so I'm selling it cheap for anyone who is craving cake!

This week in cupcakes......a selection of my favourite chocolates.

In each four pack box you get one Ferrero Rocher, one Raffaello, one Snickers Pod and one white choc Bueno. Mmmmmm.....so good!!

Note to all, the caramel on the Snickers was still warm from being freshly made and it's gooey goodness went everywhere. I promise to be more restrained on your cupcakes this weekend.

Caaaaaake!!! Must be Sunday!! I do have one more slightly larger cake to post but it will be later today because as you all know, Sunday is for me to play with ideas and this idea is a doozy! So I'm taking my own sweet time with it.

This week in cupcakes...I give you .......

Sunshine in a box! Oh yes, I KNOW you've all noticed the patches of blue sky and glorious warm rays of sunshine we've been blessed with the past few days.

I wanted to capture that energy. That feeling of warm hugs and lazy afternoons lying on a grassy hill listening to the birds sing and the bees hum.

So with that in mind I created these pretty rainbows and sunflowers. The cupcakes underneath the pretty piping are rainbow, lemon and coconut, and honey. Flavours that capture the feel I'm aiming for.

P.s. I know I'm a day late with this post, I've been busy in my garden because you know ...sunshine!!
