From Moniquirá, Boyacá, Colombia. This washed Catillo coffee comes from the Ronaldo Hurtado Estate, where Ronaldo’s love for coffee grew after an unexpected journey led him from aspiring barista to coffee producer.

This month’s community partner highlight is . What started as two friends baking bread after work has grown into one of Charlotte’s favorite bakeries. Since opening in 2019, they’ve been turning flour, water, and a whole lot of care into naturally leavened loaves, pastries, and sandwiches worth planning your day around. ✨

They’re big on quality ingredients, local partnerships, and bringing people together over good food, aka our kind of people. 🤝🌾
