Our first Christmas in July is nearly booked out. The ticketed Sunday lunch on 12 July has only a handful of seats left.⁠

For Rick, a Cornishman, Christmas was always a winter thing. This July, he brings it to the edge of the Pacific. Slow-roasted turkey to his recipe, all the trimmings done properly, and a half rock lobster Thermidor on standby.⁠
