Not many shortcuts exist in our kitchen.

You’ll find jars of pickles on the shelves, our gnocchi is hand made from woah to go, our hollandaise is whipped up fresh every morning, along with our bacon jam and other sauces simmering on the stove, cakes are cooling on our racks, and our secret nut mix recipes being toasted (to name just a few).

It’s slower. It’s messier. But it’s how we’ve always liked to do things. You can also taste the quality.

We’re gearing up for a wet and wonderful long weekend 🌧️ Open every day then takeaway coffee & cabinet treats 7-11 am on Monday.

There’s still plenty to do on a wintery day in Denmark

These OG breakky wraps hold a special place in our hearts. Hard to believe the recipe was created the day before we opened. Feels like yesterday but also forever ago. Curing hangovers and filling bellies since 2020 🥰
