Another great catch up for the Ripley Business Networking Group this morning. ππ
While we had a smaller group this fortnight, it made for a really interactive and valuable session, giving everyone the opportunity to continue building stronger relationships, ask questions, and have genuine conversations around how we can support one another.
This catch up was also the first using our new structure, where each fortnight someone in the group will present a short βhot topicβ to provide value, insight, or practical information to the group.
This week, Rachael from Stellar Insurance Brokers spoke about Personal Liability Insurance β including some key areas that are often excluded, what people should keep an eye out for, and a few mind-blowing real-life claim examples.

A key takeaway was that personal liability cover does not just apply at home. In many cases, the cover that may protect you and your family for accidental injury or property damage caused away from the home is generally linked to having contents insurance.
It was a great reminder that insurance is not always just about protecting the things you own β sometimes itβs about protecting yourself and your family from the unexpected.
