When I was thinking about the space in Brisbane st, I didn't want ultra modern or all white again.
Giving a knod to the heritage of the building and the 100+ yrs of making memories through food that has passed through these doors mattered. Creating a space that was warm and considered and still functional for a modern patisserie.
This post highlights my inspirations and we cannot wait to welcome you back.

Very proud of what we have created and thankful for the outpouring of support through this campaign run by Local Ipswich News .
Many times in small business all we see is the social media highlights but unseen are the hours upon hours of product and recipe development, the anxiety, feelings of insecurity and constant questioning every decision. As owners we show up everyday with a smile all whilst we may not be feeling the same way inside.
These moments make all that worthwhile and give us the confidence to keep going, continue to create and continue to grow. Big love ❤️
