Last night we catered for Sarina Poultry Society Diamond Jubilee show.

We provided a buffet with the Lot. We had proteins of
Angus Brisket
Chicken thighs with our Bee sting dressing
Pork Belly Burnt ends in Texan BBQ sauce
Pork Belly slices with a asian spritze

We accompanied these with sides of
Devilled Egg Potato salad
Coleslaw
Smoked pumpkin & Feta Salad
Pickled Cucumbers and Onions
Can’t forget the Crackling.
Thanks for a great night.

Best fish & Chips in town.

The heaters are on, brave the cold and bring the family and friends for live music, food trailer treats and fresh brews on tap. Food Trailer treats this week include Fish & Chips, Pork Ribs and Nacho's, all for only $15. Meet old and new friends, enjoy the vibe and start the weekend. The taproom is open to watch the Aussies in the Football World Cup at midday. Beers at members prices.

Saturday seen BBQ enthusiasts come together to experience open fire grill, smoke, prepare cuts of meat and take home some tips from the pros. Proudly held at Goanna Brewing and presented by the team from Barbecue Revolution Meat cuts of beef, pork, chicken and lamb were supplied by Fresco's Quality Meats and cooked on fire pits made right here in North QLD by Aussie Campfire Kitchens and our newest gravity feed smoker put together by HN Fabrication Services. Jared Wilson was the winner of our Lucky Door prize supplied by The Australian Brisket Board. Congratulations!
At the end of the day we were all winners, enjoying the meats prepared during the day. Thankyou to everyone who supported us and joined us for this event.
