Koyo Matsuri at Cowra Japanese Garden and Cultural Centre

Date: 2nd May, 2026

Koyo Matsuri is the autumn version of Sakura Matsuri. Held at Cowra Japanese Garden, where the leaves turn amazing shades of red, orange, and gold. There will be tea ceremonies, kabuki, archery, kimono displays, and more.
The festival kicks off with Children’s Day when over 300 local children come together to learn and have fun with cultural activities.
