We fired up the pit today to make some Kabana.

We are super excited that we have just secured a source of local free range Berkshire Pork for our bacon, ham and other smallgoods products.
If you are looking for some let us know we will be back in production in two weeks and hopefully will have an announcement on where to come and try our products.

The bacon and ham turned out perfect all sliced and packed.

The hams came out perfect. We have one last smoke to go before Xmas, it will be ham and bacon. Trying a new cure for the bacon will keep you posted.
