Hi teams, here's the commitment policy for us:
Commitment Policy
Oily Plates is composed of Diploma professionals from Evolution Hospitality College. The purpose of this policy is to provide:
• Guidance and ensure everyone is on the same page
• Equal contribution of all team members
• Help everyone to achieve goals
• Better organisation,
• Good management,
• Understanding of responsibilities
• Increase productivity
• Monitoring technique
This policy create for commitment to everyone in the class have to follow this policy. And can be make everyone to be a strong team.
To make this project well organized and high levelled everyone has to take active, passionate and determined part in planning, organizing and implementing of each task.
Procedure:
Every Team is responsible for assessing the commitment of each member of their group according to the following chart.
1. Absence (frequent missing of class, group work and discussions without any evidence of sick or special reason and without communication, you will get one cross (x)
2. Poor input (lack of work, passive attitude, lack of interest); You will get one cross (x)
3. Being late – must arrive before 8.30am and must be back on time from breaks, you will get one cross (x)
4. Not meeting deadlines (running late with the exact task) will get one cross (x)

According to these non‐compliances the HR staff should give three (3) warnings to any member not complying with this policy:
1. The first and second warning must be verbal, explaining in detail why they are being given.
2. The third warning must be written, informing of the problem and also indicating the warning letter.
Enforcement:
The third warning is a final warning the staff will be recording this non‐compliance and will be a reason for NYC or fine $30.
Following you can find an example of the written warning email that must be sent out to any staff member not complying with the tasks and responsibilities assigned to them.
