I have eaten here 3 times in the past 2 months and love the Italian Family vibe. The pasta is handmade and delicious and the beer is cold. I think have found the staff to be attentive, knowledgeable and happy to serve. On the
nights/mornings I have visited the clientele have varied from families with
little ones to Nanas like myself eating alone, couples and large tables enjoying an authentic and pleasurable experience. I particularly enjoyed my pasta with olive oil, galic, pinenuts and chilli, scrumptious but not for those who are shy of chilli

ust the thing needed after a paddle to Penguin Island this morning. This restaurant has a good selection of food from a light lunch like we had to full meals, as well as pizza and pasta. I noticed a kids menu too. With our light lunch we had extra chippies and coffee (of course). The location is great, opposite the water, and the service is excellent. A lovely place to spend an hour over lunch on a Sunday.

What a great little restaurant! My wife and I often go down to Rockingham to eat by the ocean and have tried various places along the foreshore strip. The one we keep coming back to is Lavoro. The service is excellent. As soon as we sat down we were warmly greeted and offered free water. This might not sound like much, but in W.A. the service in restaurants is often abysmal. The food is really well cooked and very good value. I have tried something different each time and it has always been cooked to perfection. This time it was the barramundi. Beautiful! My wife had the seafood marinara and she couldn't believe how copious it was. We will return again and again, because the experience is exactly what one hopes for when eating out.
