🌿✨ Kashi Halwa Delight! ✨🌿

We had the joy of making delicious Kashi Halwa using the freshest ash gourd 🥰!

The gourd was incredibly fresh and full of flavor — we used just half of it and ended up with a rich, aromatic halwa that melted in our mouths. 🍽️💛

A heartfelt thank you to Anupama for sharing her organically grown Boodkumbla kai (Ash Gourd) with us. Your garden’s bounty truly made this dish special! 🌱
