Looking back, I’ve made plenty of mistakes.
Some cost me money.
Some cost me time.
Some taught me lessons I wouldn’t trade for anything.
The truth is, every mistake has helped shape the way I run my business today and the experience I deliver to my clients.
If you’re a private chef, I hope this saves you from learning a few of these the hard way.
