This limited ORIGAMI ceramic dripper is a collaboration betwen the Makers Project and artisans from Beppu (Oita Prefecture), a region renowned for its bamboo craft heritage.

Rinko features deep ridges that create steady airflow and clean extractions, while two years of glaze development gives this dripper a beautifully soft, natural finish ✨

We're looking for a full-time chef with 3–5 years of professional experience to help keep the good food rolling across our Broadway and QVB cafés 🥬

If bread baking or pastry is already in your toolkit, even better—but it's not a must.

We're also on the lookout for experienced specialty baristas to join Team Stitch. If you've got at least two years of specialty coffee experience, wicked dial-in skills, and want to explore new coffee every week, we'd love to hear from you.

Taking inspiration from Forrest Gump, weekend coffee strolls, and that one Bluey episode 🏏, these buttery cotton tees feature a screenprint park scene on the back, plus embroidery on the front and side.

Now available online from S-XL in grey and white, with limited stock set to hit our Broadway and Marrickville cafes from early next week.

This double-fermented lot from Patio Bonito is vibrant, layered, and incredibly expressive — shaped by a 48-hour anaerobic fermentation, washed processing, and slow drying on raised beds to achieve exceptional clarity in the cup.
