"Massaman", another beloved Thai dish, is traditionally featured in wedding celebrations to symbolize the deep love between the bride and groom. Furthermore, we also have the masterpiece was royally composed by His Majesty King Phra Phutthaloetla Naphalai (King Rama II) to praise the exceptional culinary skills of his beloved lady, specifically her mastery of Massaman curry.

"Matsaman kaeng kaew-ta
Hom yee-ra rot ron-raeng
Chai dai dai kluen kaeng
Raeng yak hai fai fan ha"

The Translation of the Meaning:

"The Massaman curry prepared by my beloved's hands fills the air with the fragrant aroma of cumin and intense spices. Its rich and fiery flavor is so exquisite that any man who tastes it would instantly fall under its spell, left with an insatiable longing for both the delicious curry and the woman who crafted it."
