Casual, authentic and proudly local. WAZEN opened early May 2014 in West Burleigh. Our chef owner is very particular about the ingredients he serves his customers and as
such, uses free range chicken, advocates no MSG, serves gluten free dishes and also
provides vegetarian dishes. We serve food of the highest quality and our dishes have
been paired together with an original sauce created by the Ch

ef. Our lunch menu is casual and our dinner menu is in line with the modern IZAKAYA style;
