Incoming sappy post again! My life has changed so completely with this business and I’m so thankful for where it is at the moment. Even with the weekend not going 100% to plan we still sold 1500 individual items. More importantly I currently get to spend the week baking desserts with my amazing staff and get to spend 3 days selling to and around the sweetest humans. Even though we all have different businesses and we aren’t exactly coworkers, being at the markets with all these other small businesses makes it feel like non of us are doing this alone.

Spending today out with my dogs and away from my kitchen! I’ll answer messages soon 😊

My hands may still be numb from the cold today but my heart is feeling pretty warm!! Thank you all for such a terrific day at the Camden Country Markets. These markets are on the 2nd Sunday of each month and such a nice day!

Plus how sweet is my little regular customer with her favourite Cinnamon Scroll Cookie 🥰

Christmas in July makes me far too concerned that the real Christmas is coming up! But at least the dogs look cute 🥰

This cookie 😍 I never used to like lemon in desserts but I honestly think this has won me over. These Lemon Meringue Cookies have sold out every week so far! Let’s see if I can make enough this time so no one misses out 🤞

Thanks Shellharbour! Yesterday was a great day, the rain finally cleared and it was gorgeous.

As is becoming tradition when I start a new markets I didn’t take enough Vanilla Slice, but I’ll make sure next time there’s plenty!

Well I’m obsessed with these…

My new packaging arrived early and I couldn’t be happier with it! We all know that I love theming things, so there’s already plans to design some themed gift boxes for all the holidays!

Plus these are ready for my second day at Castle Hill Farmers Market and my first day at Markets at the Marina in Shellharbour Sunday!!!

Here’s our locations this week!!!

Unfortunately we did have to cancel being at Narellan Town Centre this week 😢 but we’ll be back there next Saturday!

So excited for the 2nd day at the Castle Hill Farmers Market! And we’ll be at another new one this week with the Markets at the Marina in Shellharbour!

Mostly ready again for the markets tomorrow! Will I be getting to the kitchen super early to finish off the cookie toppings I couldn’t get to tonight? Maybe.

Also if you heard me singing in the kitchen at 8pm trying to stay awake…not you didn’t 😂
