​We want to give a quick reminder that to keep our amazing staff safe and comfortable in this extreme heat, the flat-top grills are staying OFF today. That means NO SMASH BURGERS this weekend.

🛑 Longhorn Smokehouse Food Truck Update: Closing Friday 🛑

We want to send a massive thank you to everyone who reached out with kind words and understanding today. Dealing with the aftermath of yesterday’s storm while running on zero sleep hasn't been easy, and your support means the world to our family.

Mother Nature isn't letting up just yet. With today's forecast set to feel like 40°C by 11:00 AM, we have made the difficult decision to keep the Longhorn Smokehouse food truck closed again on Friday. When you fire up the grills and ovens in that kind of heat, the temperature inside the truck skyrockets instantly, and we have to prioritize safety.

🧺 The Good News: The Farm Store is Fully Stocked!

You can still beat the heat and support our family business! The Farm Store and strawberry picking will remain fully open. To make sure you don't have to cook in this weather, the Smokehouse crew is shifting gears to prep a ton of fresh, cool options TODAY.

Our coolers will be packed fresh with:
~Freshly made Subs
~Homemade Potato Salad & Macaroni Salad
~Crisp Garden Salads & Caesar Salads

Dear friends and valued customers, we've made the difficult decision to close the Longhorn Smokehouse food truck today. The extreme heat combined with the aftermath of yesterday's massive storm has made it necessary for us to focus on cleanup and ensuring everything is safe and secure.

​We truly appreciate your understanding and support during this time. Please note that the farm store and strawberry picking will still be open today as usual, so we hope to see you there!

​Don’t blink—our favorite time of the year is officially here, but the season is short and only lasts for a couple of weeks! It is the perfect weekend to grab the family and head out to Moore Farms Ayr.
