Alright it’s time to Meet Mariah.

If you know ACCatering, you know Mariah.

She has been beside Chef Aaron since the very beginning. Long before we had systems, trailers, and packed wedding weekends, it was Chef and Mariah figuring it out together and getting the job done.

She knows exactly how Chef works, keeps him on track, and remembering everything. 🤣
These days, you’ll often find her running her own weddings and events like an absolute pro.

But the truth is, Mariah is way more than just part of our team. She’s family.

She’s Auntie M to our kids, our ride or die, and one of the people who has helped build ACCatering into what it is today.

We honestly couldn’t do this without her, and we wouldn’t want to.

Okay, apparently I need to do one about myself and I hate it already. 😖 I’m Amanda, chefs wife & business partner.

Fun fact… I never actually applied for this job.

I just married the chef and somehow became the person answering emails, creating on cava, building quotes, running social media, organizing weddings, and making sure none of us forget what day it is.

Turns out, I LOVE it. 🤍

I get to help take the pressure off so our clients can actually enjoy the moments they’ve worked so hard to create.

Even if half my job is spent behind my laptop, and the other half is reminding my husband that “it’ll be fun” is not an actual business strategy. 🤣
