Sfoglia Verde Lasagna — where tradition begins. 🇮🇹

Layers of delicate green pasta sheets, made the old-fashioned way with spinach in the dough, rich ragù, and creamy béchamel.
This is the kind of lasagna that tells a story — the one that sits at the center of the table while everyone gathers around.
