We are looking for 2 talented and passionate Cook to join our dynamic team at our busy sports bar! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing a variety of dishes, with a special emphasis on breakfast items.

Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner items according to our menu
- Ensuring food quality and presentation meets our high standards
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
- Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service
-Ensuring all daily tasks are completed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cook, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Food handlers

Hours or operation are
Monday to Saturday 8:30 am - 9:00 pm
Sunday 8:30 to 12:30 pn

Colonial Sports Bar is currently seeking a talented and dependable Banquet Chef to join our growing team. We specialize in a wide range of catered events including business meetings, weddings, celebration of life gatherings, baby showers, fundraisers, and more. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy creating memorable dining experiences, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and execute high-quality meals for a variety of events and group sizes

Design creative and appealing menus tailored to different occasions

Maintain consistency, presentation, and food quality standards

Assist with event setup, service coordination, and breakdown as needed

Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met

Qualifications

Culinary Arts diploma or equivalent professional training preferred

Valid and up-to-date Food Handler’s Certificate

Proven experience cooking for large groups or banquet-style service

Strong creativity, especially in menu planning and dessert preparation

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends based on event schedules

Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and comfortably navigate stairs

Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure

Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
