We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our kitchen as full time head chef. You'll be working with an incredible team at Eagle View and Sir Sam's Ski/Ride.
Responsibilities:
- Manage back of house & kitchen staff
- Menu development
- Track and manage inventory
- Complete ordering
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate and lead a team
- Proven experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to multitask
- Catering & event experience is an asset
