We have brownie cheesecakes for $10 made from our brookie cookies!

Also, ugly duckling eclairs on sale..,I couldn’t get a usual ingredient so bought a substitute….resulted in a much thinner pastry cream. Still tasty though!

We are back at tomorrow from 8am-1pm. It’s your last chance on pineapple fritters before June brings a new flavour!

We also have a special this week. Looking at how the Nanaimo bars held up last visit, I have swapped them out for no bake brownie cheesecakes. (Yes there will be dairy free ones).

Our next confirmed date after this with Brockville is Father’s Day weekend!

Bitty Birds Bakery is officially back from an incredible Grand Prix weekend! 🏁

I had an amazing time, made some unforgettable memories, and yes… got to witness George Russell having a full hissy fit after his car failed. 😂

My intention was to spend yesterday diving right back into emails, messages, orders, and market prep. Unfortunately, while my husband was out walking our dogs yesterday morning, we were faced with an intimidation situation that required much of my day and attention to handle with the appropriate outlets.

I want all of my customers to know how deeply appreciated you are. This bakery community means the world to me and many of you truly feel like extended family. But at the end of the day, my actual family will always come first, and yesterday they needed me.

I am working through emails, messages, and communications as quickly as possible today and will get back to everyone as soon as I can. 💛

As for Brockville this Saturday — I WILL be there! Depending on how the rest of the week goes after losing a full prep day, stock may be a bit lower than normal or the menu may be slightly more limited so I can keep higher quantities of the items I do bring (with priority on Pineapple Fritters and Eclairs!)

The ovens are cooling down for a few days while I head to the Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal to soak up the speed, excitement, and all things Formula One, Formula 2 and F1 Academy.

Bitty Birds Bakery will be CLOSED until May 26th while I’m away cheering from the sidelines and probably surviving on coffee and race-day adrenaline. ☕🏁

Messages and orders will be replied to once I’m back and back in the kitchen! Thank you all so much for your support and patience while I take this little adventure. 💛

See you after race weekend with fresh bakes, happy bird energy, and hopefully a butt load F1 Disney merch.

First Ugly Duckling sale of the year unfortunately!

Cinnamon buns didn’t fill the pans for some reason. I taste tested a tray and they are still soft and tasty, just smaller!
