✨ Golden Loaf Bakery Update ✨
As many of you know, we’re expecting a little one—and now that it’s October, baby could arrive any day! 💛 Because of that, I’ll be pressing pause on baking for the time being.

A few of you have reached out recently to ask if I’m taking orders, and I’m so touched by your messages and support. Thank you so much for thinking of me and for being part of this wonderful sourdough-loving community.

I’ll be sure to post an update once I’m ready to start taking orders again. Until then, I’ll be soaking up newborn snuggles and looking forward to getting back to baking when the time is right.

ANOTHER CLASS OPEN FOR REGISTRATION!

🚨 Golden Loaf Sourdough 101 class 🚨

⏰Sunday, June 22, 11 AM - 4 PM
📍Limoges, ON
👥 Limited to 5 spots

Back due to popular demand, we will be offering another sourdough class! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn everything you need to know about making sourdough at home, including how to feed and maintain a sourdough starter, full process of making sourdough bread from start to finish, shaping, scoring, and baking techniques.

Each student will leave with:
✅ A take-home guide with step-by-step instructions and my bread recipe
✅ A mature sourdough starter
✅ A proofing container, scoring lame & sourdough bread knife
✅ Two sourdough loaves (one plain and one with an inclusion of your choice. One loaf will be baked during class!
✅ A whole lot of sourdough knowledge!

💰 Cost: $125/person. $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot

I’m happy to share with you an updated regular menu that I’ll be using going forward! You’ll still find all your favourite sourdough goodies—breads, rolls, buns, focaccia, scones, and more—just with a few updates!

As part of this refresh, some pricing has changed to better reflect ingredient and production costs. I appreciate your continued support and understanding—it means the world to me!

Also, just a quick heads up: I won’t be releasing a special Easter menu this year, but I will absolutely be accepting preorders from the regular menu if you’d like to include some fresh-baked goodness on your Easter table. I will make a post this weekend to remind you to place your order Easter orders 😉
