- Traditional Pho
- Beef stew Pho
2. Thursday:
- Hu Tiu Mi
3. Friday:
- wonton and egg noodle soup
4. Saturday:
- vermicelli bowl (rice vermicelli + spring rolls + fermented pork)
- steamed broken rice with fried chicken wings, sunny side up egg, and chopped pork served with homemade fish sauce.
5. Sunday:
