Taking a short break to head up north and enjoy the tranquility of lakeside camp life. Deliveries will resume Monday/Tuesday next week to ensure everything stays as fresh as possible. It’s going to be a busy summer!

What does Swiss Water method mean? Instead of using chemicals, the caffeine is gently removed using pure water, time, and temperature — science eh?! This helps to preserve the bean’s natural flavour and character while keeping things clean and organic.

You may notice decaf beans naturally look a little darker than regular coffee beans. That’s because the Swiss Water process changes the moisture and structure of the bean before roasting, causing them to roast faster and deepen in colour more quickly.

Just while preparing these beans tonight, I couldn’t deny the robust aroma of caramel and toasted sweetness, layered with a subtle earthy depth. The scent alone draws you in, hinting at a smooth, well balanced cup with gentle acidity, full body and a lingering tangy finish that feels both grounding and alive.
