Fraser valley cold smoked chicken breast with spring vegetable succotash (fiddleheads, stinging nettle, lily spears), jus, tarragon oil. hit it out of the park with this one! The subtle smoky taste really takes this chicken to the next level.

Today is the Earth Day celebration in the park. We will be closed for regular brunch service, but will be offering a casual handheld menu for those who want to come, and to all park visitors.
Breakfast sandos with hash browns, brisket sandwiches, fries, ice cream, and more.

New on the brunch menu this week. The Croque Madame.
Everything made in house as always. Homemade challah bread, house cured and smoked country ham, gruyere, bechamel, and topped with a beautiful sunny side egg.
A delicious classic!

Steamed egg custard made with eggs from our good friend Kathy's farm and roasted halibut bones poured over leeks and hedgehog mushrooms. The custard is finished with smoked cured egg yolks and smoked cod roe.

Preserved rhubarb from , magnolia, and lilac. Finishing off the last of the preserves from 2025 and getting ready for all the fresh goodness that this spring will bring!
