Dear Tasty Treats of the Internet,

It's incredible how many of you care about Zaidies.

I want to reassure you that we aren't going anywhere.

I've spent the past two and a half years pouring my love into building Zaidies, and I have no intentions of stopping here.

Although my delivery is mysterious, this next chapter in the Zaidies journey is necessary for its development.

When I review my writings, I notice that I refer to Zaidies as we. You should know to who that is referring.

Throughout my journey, "we" has grown exponentially. It started with my parents and me staying up until 2 am in their kitchen at home preparing your delicious smoked salmon. Finally, we figured out how to optimize the process and offer a more consistent product.

From there came you, our customers, and our new extended family.

You are the foundation of who "we" are.

We have all faced challenges since the beginning of the pandemic. Together we got through it and adapted to each change that came our way.

Some of us had the stability to weather the storm, and others had to build a shelter to survive. Thank you for being my shelter.

Now let's plant our feet in the ground and solidify our presence, starting here in Montreal.

Here are a few things to keep in mind.

The order deadline is December 16.
Deliveries will start on December 21 and be completed by December 23.

Depending on how things go, this will likely be the last batch we produce and deliver until spring 2023. Now would be the time to stock your freezers.

Dear Delicious People of the Internet,

It's been a week and a half since we announced the news about Zaidies.

The love we have been getting from all of you is beyond rewarding.

The week of December 19th will be overwhelming but a good reminder of why we do what we do. Since it is our last batch until spring 2023, the orders have been pouring in.

If you're only tuning in now, you have one last chance to get Zaidies smoked salmon before spring 2023. Zaidies is in the process of evolving and needs time to plan accordingly.

I hope you have room in your freezers because it's time to stock up.

The order deadline to get your Zaidies smoked salmon delivered before the holidays is December 16th.

Please keep in mind this is just the deadline to order. We will be delivering your order between December 21st and 23rd.

Dear Beautiful People of the Internet,

The evolution of Zaidies has begun.

I am taking the next few weeks off from production to prepare for the next chapter in our journey.

The truth is, I was ready to close production until we reopen sometime in the new year (TBD). Not for nothing, but I have to shake my ass to complete my mandates for the next phase.

The Jewish guilt started to hit when my dad called me and started placing an order for the upcoming holidays.

Ceasing production was a difficult decision to make.

Once the guilt settled, I realized that many of you were probably hoping to have Zaidies smoked salmon too.

I started thinking of ways to fulfill my responsibilities for the transition of Zaidies and provide you with our products for the holidays.

So here it is. Starting today, we have launched our pre-order for Zaidies smoked salmon for the holidays.

The order deadline is December 16.
Deliveries will start on December 21 and be completed by December 23.

Here are a few things to keep in mind.

I'm very excited to share what we have planned, but we need a little time to ensure the plan comes to life seamlessly.

Dear Beautiful People of the Internet,

This past week, there was a sense of freedom since not being in our retail space. Since December, I have been working six days a week, doing every aspect of running a startup business.

Despite all the mentorship, I am the one who has to make the decisions and do the work. Running a business on your own is not easy.

I've created a lot of distractions, which have prevented me from evolving to the next level.

It's time to break through those barriers and create a plan.
