• Wash and store dishes as they are used.
• Perform the tasks requested by the chef.
• Must follow the kosher kitchen regulations.
• Help the chef take inventory.
• Be passionate about the job and want to learn.

• Prepare the food according to the technical sheets of the established recipes.
• Help with taking inventory.
• Place food orders as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the premises.
• Ensure that the rules of the kitchen are respected.
• Help in the making of the menu.
• Help set up trays in accordance with the menu for airlines, residences, and hospitals.
• Be passionate and want to learn more.
• Complete the various temperature and register sheets set up in accordance with the food safety manual.
• Experience in a kosher kitchen would be an asset.

Baked Salmon with Roasted Potatoes, Carrots and lemon sauce.
We offer meals for kosher patients at St Mary's Hospital, the Glen and the Montreal General Hospital. Our food is MK certified and are Mehadrin, the highest level of Kashrut standards.

Not only do we produce airline food, but we worked alongside Air Canada developpong their NutriCuisine program!

Air Canada NutriCuisine meals are have reduced fat, salt and sugar. It waa recognized by Canada Business as offering the :"healthiest in-flight meals of any North American airline".

Air Canada recently introduced NutriCuisine, nutritionally balanced meals lower in fat, salt and sugar, on most of its Executive Class medium- and long- haul flights.

Homemade Applesauce 😍

One of the core principles of our business is providing quality to our clients, including using high quality ingredients. When you receive your tray, the food items which you see is homemade, from the breadrolls, the applesauce and even the jam.
