Assalammualaikum..Idea berbuka puasa hari ni nak share resepi ayam panggang ala2 Kenny Rogers pulak.. Kalau kita tengok kt pokcik google pon boleh dikatan kebanyakan resepi sama ja bahan2 dan cara2 penyediaannya tu kn..simple2 ja,tp mmg sedap dan puas hati bila masak sendri..

*Bahan2 yg diperlukan:=
1 Ekor Ayam
2 Ulas Bawang Besar
5 Ulas Bawang Putih
1 Inci Halia
1 Senduk Sos Lada Hitam
2 SdB Serbuk Lada Hitam
2 SdB Madu
1 Ketul Kiub Ayam
2 SdB Gula Pasir/Perang
2 SdB Serbuk Oregano/herba campuran
Garam secukup rasa
100ml Air
2 SdB Minyak Zaitun/minyak masak biasa pon xpa?

Cara2:=

Kisar kesemua bahan2 di atas kecuali ayam?? Lumurkan bahan2 yg dikisar pada keseluruhan ayam yang telah dibersihkan di bahagian luar dan dalam.
Perap ayam selama 1 hingga 2jam di dalam chiller.
Seterusnya boleh la panggang ayam di dalam oven selama 1 jam dgn suhu 220?.
Bagi pengguna Breadmaker Noxxa suhu cuma tetapkan pada 170? dan masanya 1 jam 45 minit..
tambahan,disebabkan sy hantu sayur,sy letak ubi kentang,carrot,brokoli dan capsicum.
