We are proud to be the first in Edmonton—across both food trucks and restaurants—to officially banish plastic cutting boards. This didn't start in our truck; it started in our own kitchen. We’ve completely cleared the plastic out of our home because the science is clear: plastic boards shed thousands of microplastic particles into every meal. We decided that if it isn’t safe enough for us to use at home, it has no business being in our truck.
