$4.00 Bircher Muesli this week! Bircher Muesli is made with soaked oats, yogurt, dried fruit and honey, topped with toasted almonds, fresh fruit and chia seeds. Come and grab one for a quick filling snack. Our fruit is from local farmers.

What makes a coffee sustainable? It might not be those certifications you pay extra for.... what science shows us is that sustainable coffee is based on direct, long term relationships between farmers and coffee roasters where prices paid to farmers - not elsewhere along the supply chain.
