Summer is the perfect time to discover our fruity pierogi selection. Unlike store-bought "fruit" filled pierogi that use sugary pie filling, we only use whole fruit. Paired with yogourt, English cream, whipped cream, or added fruit. They're a great alternative when you're craving pierogi on a hot summer day.

Did you know Twarog cheese has some great nutritional benefits?
This is the cheese we use in our All Dressed and R***i pierogi. It's a staple in Polish households. It's a versatile cheese that can be eaten on its own, transformed into yummy desserts like Sernik (Polish cheesecake) and fruity buns, and kluski leniwe (lazy pierogi). Super versatile.

❤️ A Little Note of Thanks ❤️

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you.

If you know me, you know I'm not really a social media person. In fact, every time I see that someone new has chosen to follow this page, I'm genuinely surprised. I never imagined that a little pierogi business, a few family stories, and a glimpse into our kitchen would grow into a community of more than 170 followers.

To every one of you who has followed along, liked a post, shared a photo, left a comment, or bought our pierogi—thank you. Your trust and your belief in what we do mean more than you know.

Everything is still made by hand, using family recipes (check out the existential crisis over my R***i post 🥹) Knowing that there are people who appreciate not just the food, but the stories behind it, makes all the hard work worthwhile.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Whether you've been here since the beginning or just found us recently, my husband and I are so grateful you're here.

Here's to many more stories and many more meals shared around family tables.

On hot days like today, I think about all the summer days the family spent at Plattsburgh Beach. ☀️

We were up at 6:00 a.m.⏰ to make sure we arrived by 7:30.

Why? Because it was a full-on race to claim one of the few picnic tables before they were all gone!

I was part of the "cooler crew," hauling our heavy Coleman cooler up the hill while my cousin sprinted ahead to secure not one—but two—picnic tables. That's what happens when family works together. Laying out the table cloth, hauling out the kielbasa and rye bread. Making sure the potato salad remained fresh. Hot sand. Cool water. Nice memories.

Personally, I don't own an Air Fryer. My small appliance budget has been cut off (I know it's for the best....😂) but a dear client reminded me that air frying is a great way to enjoy your pierogi. Try it with a sour cream, dill, and lemon zest dip. An easy meal after al long day.
