The Coffee Stroopwaffle Crunch

A Dutch treat that's coffee's best companion is now blended into a beautiful shake.

This Stroopwaffel and espresso milk shake has a strong coffee base, crushed crispy waffle pieces and a caramel drizzle in the cup to make a milkshake that tastes even better than it looks. Only here until it's not.

This drunk fry is a call back to a simpler time as a young line cook. Heavily addicted to spicy food and the free fries, an early rendition of this quickly became Seaman’s go to snack for break time and caught the attention of his coworkers who dubbed them “Seaman Fries”. Now that the dish has been properly Goblified, it has reached its full potential, its final form,

Get ready for SEAMAN FRIES!!

-One pound of our house cut fries tossed in a generous coating of Seaman Spice (think blackening spice with a higher heat level)
-House made pickled jalapeños and onions, breaded, deep fried, tossed in Seaman Spice
-Seaman Sauce (the best sweet and spicy Thai chilli Aoli you’ve ever tasted), drizzled on top with extra served on the side cuz this one’s all about the sauce!

Bean-chyssoise

If less is more, just imagine how much more more would be

This drunk fry is all about the potatoes.
You get our classic garlic fries on top of a traditional vichyssoise garnished with some pomme gob-phine and dilly picklery stick.
This looks like a word salad but really it's just a fancy way to say you get potatoes four different ways.

An ode to my French ancestors, may they roll over in their graves, complete the experience by sipping on a tiny espresso and enjoying the sun on our "patio"

The Pit Goblin

Spring has finally begun to sprung and soon summer will actually here and we're just as ready as all of you are maybe more.

So we decided to start your summer off with the Pit Goblin, all the flavors you love about your favorite backyard barbecue.

Two of our famous smash patties,
dusted liberally with our barbecue chips seasoning, grilled mushrooms creamy mozzarella cheese and a backyard coleslaw made with our own Alabama white barbecue sauce.
