Peach Truffles dipped in white chocolate.

Fun Fact!
When I use white chocolate I use a 20% or higher cocoa butter, with no vegetable fats. This deems the white chocolate a true chocolate not a candy.

PS... these were amazing! Such a nice creamy flavor inside.
