Tedford is the owner, operator and “Culinary Ringleader” behind York Region's award winning food truck Wickedly Sinful. He grew up on a farm in rural Ontario where he developed a passion for all things food related; hunting, fishing, farmhouse cooking, summer BBQs and campfire cookouts with his family and friends. While he began his professional career as a college professor teaching digital arts
and marketing courses, he made the decision to trade-in his teaching hat for a chef’s hat and in 2013, he opened Wickedly Sinful’s service window to lineups of eager foodies vying to test out his wicked and twisted creations. As fate would have it, Andrew’s teaching career has continued but with a new focus on cooking. While his main focus is on building his business and the Wickedly Sinful brand, he has also shared his experience and knowledge via local TV talk shows, radio segments, public speaking events, cooking demonstrations, social media, and has a featured recipe on The Food Network website.
