☕️ Some cupping events have clear winners.
And then there are days like this.
With every coffee scoring exceptionally well, the table found itself in a rare situation — there wasn’t a single standout winner. Each coffee brought something unique to the experience, making every vote incredibly close and every discussion even more interesting.
From vibrant fruit-forward profiles to rich, comforting sweetness, each cup earned its place on the table and reminded us why specialty coffee is all about exploration, perspective, and conversation.
When the scores were finally tallied, the margins were razor-thin. Rather than crowning one champion, we celebrated the diversity and quality of every coffee we tasted.
To finish the evening, we brewed our Colombia Thermal Shock — a crowd favourite known for its vibrant complexity and unforgettable character — giving everyone one final cup to enjoy together.
