Meet our Sous Chef of Offsite Catering - Deneeck Hibbert !
Deneeck has been with O&B for the past 3 years and is currently the Sous Chef at O&B Catering. His favourite part of the job is collaborating with a diverse team and watching ideas come to life one dish at a time from concept to plate. Inspired by his mother’s strength and resilience, his passion for culinary is rooted in community, care, and creating meaningful experiences for others.
While the fast-paced nature of the industry can make work-life balance a challenge, his advice for those looking to get started is simple:
"Find mentors who are willing to teach, ask questions, and carve out your own path."
Fun fact? When he is not in the kitchen, he is also a music artist, poet, and songwriter. 🎶
