Blueberry lemon twists.
Rich dough, twisted with lemon filling and plump fresh blueberries, glazed and topped with wild blueberry compote.

They’ve been selling out each day.
Because of the longer process in making these and to properly ferment them, they take forthought and planning.

We have 16 giant SOURDOUGH cinnamon rolls!
Testing recipes and am very happy with these results.
There is no commercial yeast in these, just 100% sourdough starter as the levain. Is this something you’d like to see more of?

If you’d like to get your hands on one today, you either get in the car immediately and get your butt over here, or you call us @226.622.9196 and cross your fingers they aren’t all spoken for. Either way, you should probably get yourself here any ways cuz we’ve got some good things I store on this beautiful day.
