So it's been a while since I've used the Big Green Egg Canada so no better way to knock the cobwebs off than doing a beef shanks also known as Thors hammer I picked up from my friends at Meatland Wholesale & Retail ! Stay tuned for the finished product!

Trying out a new rib technique today. Party ribs! Ribs are cut to individual bones and seasoned then smoked for 2 hours....

Trying out a new rib technique today. Party ribs! Ribs are cut to individual bones and seasoned then smoked for 2 hours. The ribs will then be put in a pan with bbq sauce,brown sugar, butter and honey until tender! Dawe-licious!!!

Sausage day! Cubed and seasoned 5lbs of pork shoulder and brisket from Meatland Wholesale & Retail yesterday then grinded and stuffed today. Tomorrow is the smoking day for these jalapeno cheddar sausages after a night of drying out in the fridge! Lorrie Dawe and I will be eating good tomorrow! Also smoking some beef short ribs for tonight's dinner! Life is good!

Not the prettiest of pics but the results were great! Homemade chicken fajita sausages that Lorrie Dawe and I put together yesterday and let dry overnight. Put on the Traeger Grills today and couldn't be more happier with the results. Great snap to the sausage and flavor. Excited to try out other recipes! #
