After 8 incredible years, it’s time for us to say goodbye to our Cook St Village location. 💚

Serving the Cook Street Village community has truly been one of the greatest privileges for our team. From the very first bowls we served to the thousands since, this neighbourhood welcomed us with open arms.

To our amazing regulars and longtime guests — seeing the same familiar faces walk through our doors week after week, year after year has been such a special part of this journey. You’ve made Poke Fresh more than just a restaurant… you’ve made it a community.

We are so grateful for the support, friendships, and memories that have come from this little shop in Cook St Village. It has meant the world to us.

Our last day at Cook St Village will be March 29, but this isn’t goodbye. We hope to see you in the next 2 weeks but if you can't drop in our Broadmead location is still operating and will continue serving our bowls as usual, and we would love to see you there.

From the bottom of our hearts — thank you for 8 unforgettable years. 🌺

Thank you to our Rockstar supervisor, Jae, for coming up with this one! They spent days researching the different under tones and taste fluctuations, searched far and wide for the perfect ingredients, and even flew to Japan and back to pick up the sacred Miso for this recipe !

👨🏼‍🔬 We ran a little experiment to find out how much it would be to make poké by going to the grocery store and preparing it at home. At the end, we run a tally of the GROCERIES and TIME (which varies from person to person, of course). As we head into December and the end of the year, I wanted to take a second and say THANK YOU to all you lovely people who come into Poké Fresh. We wouldn't be who we are without you. We really value the relationships that we get to build with every single service. I especially love being a part of the Cook St Village and Broadmead communities—these are homes to what must be the KINDEST people in the country. And feeding you all a cuisine I'm obviously passionate about is an HONOUR. 🙏🏼 Cheers! Aviv.
