A perfect summer, fall or anytime cake. Celebrating Mel's special day with Tiramisu cheesecake. This cake started with a chocolate Graham crumb base and coffee soaked lady fingers in the cream cheese filling. The cake was topped off with a coffee liquor whipped cream and a dash of chocolate powder. So good!
