Originally from Andalusia (Spain), I live in Copenhagen and I want to make my way in the world of gastronomy doing what I like, cooking. I would like to share with you what I have been perfecting for years and I know you will like it.
The best Spanish and Andalusian cuisine that you will try in Copenhagen, place your order and you will not regret it.
The star dish is the Tortilla de patatas (potato omelette) but I also have croquettes of various flavors and I will gradually add more delicious dishes.
The best TORTILLA for me is the famous babé omelette, but I can make it to everyone's taste.
I have the croquettes of Andalusian Stew, Ham and cheese, Bolognese and Chicken curry.
You can order them already cooked, in the absence of cooking, or even frozen if you want to have them stored in your freezer to eat them whenever you feel like it.
Little by little I will also add desserts such as egg flan, French toast and some other dessert that is not traditional in Spain but that you will love anyway.
With the first order I will give a little gift as a courtesy and if I see that you like what I do, I will do raffles and interesting things.

Procedente de Andalucía (España), vivo en Copenhague y quiero abrirme paso en el mundo de la gastronomía haciendo lo que me gusta, cocinar. Me gustaría compartir con vosotros lo que desde años he ido perfeccionando y sé que os va a gustar.
La mejor cocina española y andaluza que vais a probar en Copenhague, hacer vuestro pedido y no os arrepentiréis.
El plato estrella es la tortilla de patatas pero también tengo croquetas de varios sabores y poco a poco añadiré mas deliciosos platos.
La tortilla la podéis elegir al punto que mas os guste, yo siempre recomiendo la famosa tortilla babé que es tremendamente jugosa y jamás defrauda.
Las croquetas las tengo de Cocido Andaluz, Jamón y queso, Boloñesa y Pollo al curry. Las podéis pedir ya cocinadas, a falta de cocinar, o incluso congeladas si las queréis tener almacenadas en vuestro congelador para comerlas cuando os apetezca.
Poco a poco también iré añadiendo postres como flan de huevo, torrijas y algún que otro postre que no es tradicional de España pero que igualmente os encantará.
Con el primer pedido daré un regalito de cortesía y si veo que os gusta lo que hago iré haciendo sorteos y cositas interesantes.
