Vanilla Crumble Recipe

Ingredients:

200 g all-purpose flour

100 g granulated sugar

120 g cold unsalted butter (cubed)

1 tsp vanilla extract (or 1 tsp vanilla paste)

A pinch of salt

Method:

1. Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F).

2. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt.

3. Add the cold butter and rub it into the dry ingredients with your fingertips until coarse crumbs form.

4. Mix in the vanilla extract until evenly distributed.

5. Spread the crumble on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden brown.

7. Allow it to cool completely before using. It will become crisp as it cools.

Storage: Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks at room temperature.

Delimary Kitchen Tip: For extra flavor, add ½ teaspoon of cinnamon or use vanilla bean paste instead of extract.
