Can I kindly ask that if you’ve enquired about a cake or placed an order and no longer need it, please let me know. 💗

As a small business, every booking is important. I often turn other customers away once your date is reserved, order ingredients specially for your cake, and spend time planning and designing your order.

When someone doesn’t turn up or simply stops replying, it doesn’t just mean a wasted cake – it means wasted time, ingredients, money, and a date that could have been offered to another customer.

I completely understand that plans can change, and that’s absolutely okay! All I ask is for a quick message to let me know. I’d always rather know than be left wondering.

Thank you to every single customer who supports Danielle’s Bakes, communicates with me, and values the time and love that goes into every order. Your support means more than you know. 🧁💕

So we received an order from a wonderful lady in New Zealand, for her mum whose lives close by to us. We got the order colour theme & went with the flow. Putting all her trust in us to get the order done and delivered ready for her mum turning 60 💗

Today we got a message from the said lady who booked showing us her mums comment on the cake & cupcakes 🧁

We are so happy we could be part of such a special birthday.
